DETAILED BUILD CONSULTATION — $150

For larger or more involved projects, a Detailed Build Consultation is required before we can provide an accurate quote.

• Discuss your ideal layout, design, and how you want to use the space

• Determine your electrical and plumbing needs

• Discuss appliances, fixtures, and major components

• Talk through your wants vs. needs and prioritize your project

• Calculate the labor required to complete the work

• Prepare a detailed project quote based on the information gathered

Why is there a $150 fee?

• Larger projects require significant time to research, price materials, and calculate labor.

• The consultation allows us to gather the information needed to create an accurate quote rather than providing a rough estimate.

• $150 consultation fee is applied in full toward your project deposit when you move forward and reserve a date in the Biome Vans schedule.
